pleasant staff clean room great choice perfect location

i found the staff to be very pleasant. the rooms were clean and comfy. breakfast had great choice. the hotel's location was great for visiting family.

I could hear the disco through the floor from my room above. That's a bit of a nuisance.

Charming Hotel with Spacious Rooms

shower cubicle early start amazing breakfast friendly staff

The room had a separate bath and freestanding shower cubicle it was also very clean. The leisure centre opened very early this was excellent for an early start. Breakfast was amazing I especially liked the variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The window in my room was small it could not be opened very far.

really nice stay!

great location comfy bed friendly staff

The location was great for visiting many places i wanted (everything was close!). the room was bigger than expected. It also had a comfy bed. the staff were so friendly and helpful. i especially enjoyed the swimming pool with the jacuzzi.

i ordered wine with dinner, it was noticeably warm. it should have been chilled more.

The breakfast choices impressed me they were plentiful. The hotel rooms were clean they were also spacious. I appreciated the perfect location it was ideal for touring. The staff were helpful and cute.

I waited a week for the refund of my deposit. I found this completely unacceptable. My parents were told the deposit was optional while I was asked for a deposit of 150.

dated bathroom small gym

I was a bit annoyed by a couple of things. the bathroom seemed a bit dated (it could use some updating). also, the gym was smaller than i expected. It only had a few pieces of equipment, and i had to wait to use the treadmill. it was a bit frustrating.
